Refund Policy 

1. No Returns on Food & Beverages

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food or beverage items, whether purchased in-store, for delivery, or pickup. Once an order has been prepared or delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item received was incorrect (e.g., wrong item or missing item).

  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

  • There was a billing error (e.g., duplicate charges).

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your order, providing:

  • Order number or receipt

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

3. How Refunds Are Issued

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in certain situations.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Delays caused by traffic or third-party delivery services

  • Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences (unless quality was compromised)
